Keto Bread

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum.
  3. Add in the eggs, apple cider vinegar, and melted butter. Mix well until a dough forms.
  4. Slowly pour in the boiling water as you continue to mix the dough. The dough will be sticky, but continue mixing until well combined.
  5. Transfer the dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top. It doesn't have to be perfect.
  6. Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes in the pan. Then, carefully remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
