  1. In a large bowl, mix together the beef, onion, bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated beef and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious kebabs!
