Kebabs
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of beef, cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the beef, onion, bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious kebabs!
