Kale Chips
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and dry the kale leaves, then remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the kale pieces with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the kale pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the edges are slightly browned and the kale is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let the kale chips cool for a few minutes before serving.
