Kale Chips

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry the kale leaves, then remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the kale pieces with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the kale pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the edges are slightly browned and the kale is crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the kale chips cool for a few minutes before serving.
