Juice Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of frozen berries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
Instructions:
- In a blender, add 1 cup of frozen berries.
- Peel and slice 1 banana and add it to the blender.
- Pour in 1 cup of orange juice and 1/2 cup of plain yogurt.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add more orange juice. If it is too thin, add more frozen berries.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy your refreshing and nutritious juice smoothie!
