Jicama Fries
Ingredients:
- 1 large jicama
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel and cut the jicama into thin fries, about 1/4-inch in thickness.
- In a bowl, toss the jicama fries with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the fries on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
