  2. Peel and cut the jicama into thin fries, about 1/4-inch in thickness.
  3. In a bowl, toss the jicama fries with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the fries on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
