Jello Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 package (6 oz) of berry flavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Add in the crushed pineapple and mix well.
- Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the gelatin is slightly thickened.
- Stir in the frozen mixed berries and sliced banana.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar together until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the gelatin mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the gelatin is set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your delicious Jello Salad!
