Jello Salad

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Add in the crushed pineapple and mix well.
  3. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the gelatin is slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in the frozen mixed berries and sliced banana.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar together until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the gelatin mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the gelatin is set.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy your delicious Jello Salad!
