  2. In a large bowl, mix together the drained corn, cream style corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, melted butter, diced jalapenos, and shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
