Italian Sub
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of Italian bread
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Italian dressing
- 1/4 pound sliced deli ham
- 1/4 pound sliced salami
- 1/4 pound sliced pepperoni
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 4 slices of tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the Italian bread in half lengthwise.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Italian dressing.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly on both halves of the bread.
- Layer the deli ham, salami, and pepperoni on the bottom half of the bread.
- Top with slices of provolone cheese.
- Sprinkle black olives on top of the cheese.
- Top with lettuce and tomato slices.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the top half of the bread on the sandwich.
- Cut into serving size and enjoy your delicious Italian Sub!
