Italian Sausage
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine ground pork, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, fennel seeds, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the pork.
- Form the mixture into small patties or links, depending on your preference.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Cook the sausage patties or links for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned.
- Serve hot and enjoy your homemade Italian sausage!
