Italian Meatballs

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Shape mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add meatballs to the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
  4. Once meatballs are cooked through, remove from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  5. Serve hot with your choice of pasta and marinara sauce, or use in your favorite Italian dish.
