  1. In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually add in the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Stir in the chopped almonds, dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. On a floured surface, shape the dough into a log and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the log is golden brown and firm to the touch.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Once cooled, use a sharp knife to cut the log into thick slices.
  10. Place the slices on the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the biscotti is crisp and lightly golden.
