  1. In a blender, combine Irish whiskey, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and instant coffee granules.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a glass bottle or jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  5. Shake well before serving. Serve over ice or in a hot cup of coffee.
