Irish Coffee

  1. Start by brewing a cup of coffee and keeping it hot in a separate mug.
  2. In a separate small saucepan, heat the whiskey over low heat for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the brown sugar to the saucepan with the whiskey and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Pour the hot coffee into a mug and add the whiskey and sugar mixture.
  5. Gently pour the heavy cream over the top of the coffee, using the back of a spoon to slightly mix it in. You can also use a milk frother to froth the cream before adding it to the coffee.
  6. Sprinkle a dash of nutmeg or cinnamon on top for an extra flavor boost (optional).
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Irish Coffee!
