  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Slowly add in the warm water, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  4. Roll the dough into a ball and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a deep saucepan or fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. Divide the dough into smaller balls and flatten them into disks.
  7. Using tongs, carefully place the dough disks into the hot oil.
  8. Fry each side for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite savory or sweet toppings!
