Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional mix-ins (chocolate chips, nuts, etc)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- If desired, add in any mix-ins during the last few minutes of churning.
- Once the ice cream is thick and creamy, transfer it to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve and enjoy your homemade ice cream!
