Iberico Ham
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs of Iberico ham, thinly sliced
- 1 loaf of crusty bread
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup of sliced Spanish olives
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the sliced Iberico ham on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the olive oil on top of the ham slices and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the ham is slightly crispy.
- Serve the baked Iberico ham with crusty bread and Spanish olives, if desired.
