Iberico Ham

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the sliced Iberico ham on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the olive oil on top of the ham slices and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the ham is slightly crispy.
  5. Serve the baked Iberico ham with crusty bread and Spanish olives, if desired.
