Hummus Recipe
Ingredients:
    - 1 can of chickpeas
 
    - 1/4 cup of tahini
 
    - 1/4 cup of lemon juice
 
    - 2 cloves of garlic
 
    - 1 teaspoon of cumin
 
    - 1/4 cup of olive oil
 
    - Salt to taste
 
    - Water (optional)
 
    - Paprika and olive oil, for topping (optional)
 
Instructions:
    - Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Reserve 1/4 cup of the liquid for later.
 
    - In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
 
    - If the hummus is too thick, gradually add in the reserved chickpea liquid or water until desired consistency is reached.
 
    - Taste and add salt as needed.
 
    - Serve in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
