Honey Mustard Chicken

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over them.
  4. Using a basting brush, spread the mixture evenly on both sides of the chicken.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Once done, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
