Honey Mustard Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over them.
- Using a basting brush, spread the mixture evenly on both sides of the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Once done, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
