Honey Glazed Ham

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, mix together honey, brown sugar, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves over medium heat until well combined.
  3. Unwrap the ham and discard any excess liquids or glaze that came with it.
  4. Place the ham in a roasting pan, flat side down.
  5. Brush the honey mixture all over the ham, making sure to get in between the slices.
  6. Cover the ham with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  7. After 1 hour, remove the foil and baste the ham with the juices. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting every 10 minutes.
  8. The ham is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C). If it needs more time, continue to bake and baste at 10 minute intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
  9. Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
