  1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, peanut butter, garlic, ginger, and Chinese five-spice powder.
  2. Whisk until well combined and smooth in texture.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens to your desired consistency.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool before transferring to a sterilized jar or container.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
