Hash Browns
Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes (peeled and grated)
- 1 small onion (grated)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1/4 cup oil
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together grated potatoes, onion, salt, black pepper, and flour.
- Add in the lightly beaten eggs and mix well.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Take spoonfuls of the potato mixture and form into patties.
- Place the patties into the hot oil and cook for 5 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the hash browns from the skillet and place onto a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
