Hash Browns

  1. In a large bowl, mix together grated potatoes, onion, salt, black pepper, and flour.
  2. Add in the lightly beaten eggs and mix well.
  3. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Take spoonfuls of the potato mixture and form into patties.
  5. Place the patties into the hot oil and cook for 5 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the hash browns from the skillet and place onto a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
