Halibut

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Rinse the halibut fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the fillets in a baking dish and squeeze the juice from the lemon over them.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the fillets.
  6. Bake the halibut for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
