Halibut
Ingredients:
- 1 pound halibut fillets
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Rinse the halibut fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Place the fillets in a baking dish and squeeze the juice from the lemon over them.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the fillets.
- Bake the halibut for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
