Grilled Steak

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  2. Place the steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, making sure to coat it evenly.
  3. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the steak from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
  6. Grill the steak for 7-8 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness (125°F for rare, 135°F for medium rare, 145°F for medium, 160°F for well done).
  7. Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
