Grilled Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Place the shrimp in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over the shrimp.
- Seal the bag and make sure the shrimp is evenly coated with the marinade.
- Place in the refrigerator and let the shrimp marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the shrimp from the refrigerator and thread them onto skewers.
- Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimp are pink and slightly charred.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and serve immediately.
