Grilled Shrimp

  1. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Place the shrimp in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over the shrimp.
  3. Seal the bag and make sure the shrimp is evenly coated with the marinade.
  4. Place in the refrigerator and let the shrimp marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Remove the shrimp from the refrigerator and thread them onto skewers.
  7. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimp are pink and slightly charred.
  8. Remove the skewers from the grill and serve immediately.
