Grilled Salmon
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and honey.
- Brush the mixture onto the salmon fillets, making sure to coat both sides.
- Place the salmon fillets onto the grill, skin-side down.
- Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
