Grilled Salmon

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and honey.
  3. Brush the mixture onto the salmon fillets, making sure to coat both sides.
  4. Place the salmon fillets onto the grill, skin-side down.
  5. Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
