Grilled Prawns
Ingredients:
- 1 pound prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, lemon juice and zest, and parsley.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the prawns onto skewers, piercing through both the head and tail of the prawn.
- Brush the prawns with the marinade mixture on both sides.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and are slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with extra parsley and lemon slices, if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Grilled Prawns!
