Grilled Prawns

  1. In a small bowl, mix together garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, lemon juice and zest, and parsley.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Thread the prawns onto skewers, piercing through both the head and tail of the prawn.
  4. Brush the prawns with the marinade mixture on both sides.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and are slightly charred.
  6. Remove from the grill and garnish with extra parsley and lemon slices, if desired.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Grilled Prawns!
