Grilled Octopus

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add octopus tentacles to the marinade and toss to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours.
  4. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove octopus from marinade and shake off excess.
  6. Grill octopus tentacles for 2-3 minutes on each side, until charred and cooked through.
  7. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs before serving.
