Grilled Cheese Sandwich

  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter or margarine on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on the skillet or griddle.
  4. Add cheese slices on top of the bread.
  5. Place the other slice of bread, butter side up, on top of the cheese.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the bottom bread is golden brown.
  7. Using a spatula, carefully flip the sandwich over.
  8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from heat and let cool for a minute.
  10. Serve and enjoy your delicious grilled cheese sandwich!
