Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 1-2 slices of cheese
- Butter or margarine
Instructions:
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Spread butter or margarine on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on the skillet or griddle.
- Add cheese slices on top of the bread.
- Place the other slice of bread, butter side up, on top of the cheese.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the bottom bread is golden brown.
- Using a spatula, carefully flip the sandwich over.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a minute.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious grilled cheese sandwich!
