Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions:
- Wash and chop the spinach and kale.
- Peel the banana and place it in the freezer for at least an hour.
- Once the banana is frozen, place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy your green smoothie!
