Greek Salad

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and green bell pepper.
  2. Add in the Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese.
  3. In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, and salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine all ingredients.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
