Greek Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 large cucumber, chopped
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and green bell pepper.
- Add in the Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese.
- In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, and salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine all ingredients.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
