Greek Lemon Chicken

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, and thyme.
  2. Pour the marinade into a large resealable plastic bag.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bag, seal, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight if possible.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
  6. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
  8. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
