Grape Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 pound seedless grapes
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Instructions:
- Rinse and dry grapes, set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract to the mixing bowl and beat until well combined.
- Gently fold in the grapes and walnuts until evenly coated in the mixture.
- Spoon the grape mixture into a serving dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar and shredded coconut.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar and coconut mixture over the top of the grape salad.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
