Grape Salad

  1. Rinse and dry grapes, set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract to the mixing bowl and beat until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the grapes and walnuts until evenly coated in the mixture.
  5. Spoon the grape mixture into a serving dish.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar and shredded coconut.
  7. Sprinkle the brown sugar and coconut mixture over the top of the grape salad.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
