Granola Recipe

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, honey, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Add dried fruit and mix well.
  7. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
