Granola Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, etc)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, honey, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Add dried fruit and mix well.
- Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
