Garlic Butter Scallops
Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh scallops
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pat scallops dry with a paper towel and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place scallops in the skillet in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Remove scallops from skillet and place on a plate.
- Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the scallops.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
