Garlic Butter Scallops

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pat scallops dry with a paper towel and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place scallops in the skillet in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Remove scallops from skillet and place on a plate.
  6. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the scallops.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
