Garlic Butter Prawns
Ingredients:
- 1 pound large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium-high heat until butter is melted.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add peeled and deveined prawns to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook prawns for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- Remove prawns from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add a little more butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cooked prawns back to the skillet and stir to coat them in the garlic butter sauce.
- Once prawns are fully coated and heated through, remove from heat.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
