Garlic Butter Prawns

  1. In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium-high heat until butter is melted.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add peeled and deveined prawns to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook prawns for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  5. Remove prawns from skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add a little more butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add the cooked prawns back to the skillet and stir to coat them in the garlic butter sauce.
  8. Once prawns are fully coated and heated through, remove from heat.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
