Fruit Tart

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the pre-made tart shell.
  4. Bake the tart for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Let it cool completely.
  5. Arrange the fresh fruits on top of the cooled tart.
  6. In a small saucepan, heat the apricot preserves over medium heat until it becomes a smooth glaze. Brush the glaze over the top of the fruit.
  7. Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
