Fruit Tart
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made tart shell
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Assorted fresh fruits (such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly into the pre-made tart shell.
- Bake the tart for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Let it cool completely.
- Arrange the fresh fruits on top of the cooled tart.
- In a small saucepan, heat the apricot preserves over medium heat until it becomes a smooth glaze. Brush the glaze over the top of the fruit.
- Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
