French Toast

  1. In a shallow dish, beat together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter to coat the surface.
  3. Dip each bread slice into the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly.
  4. Carefully place the bread slices onto the heated pan or griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Remove the French toast from the pan and serve immediately with maple syrup, or any other toppings of your choice.
