French Toast
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Butter for cooking
- Maple syrup for serving
Instructions:
- In a shallow dish, beat together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter to coat the surface.
- Dip each bread slice into the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly.
- Carefully place the bread slices onto the heated pan or griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Remove the French toast from the pan and serve immediately with maple syrup, or any other toppings of your choice.
