  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat until well combined.
  5. Mix in the vanilla extract, Florida Orange juice, and orange zest.
  6. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it and placing it on a wire rack to cool completely.
