Florida Avocado and Crab Salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced avocado, crab meat, red onion, cherry tomatoes, parsley, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour the dressing over the crab and avocado mixture and gently toss to coat.
