Ingredients:
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white sugar
Instructions:
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350F.

- Step 7: Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the custard is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Step 8: Allow the flan to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Step 9: To serve, run a knife around the edges of the dish and invert onto a serving plate. The caramelized sugar should create a sauce on top of the flan.
