Fish Tacos

  1. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the fish and toss to coat.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the fish. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until fish is cooked through and flaky. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Heat corn tortillas in the same skillet over medium heat, about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. To assemble tacos, place a few pieces of fish on a corn tortilla, top with avocado, red onion, tomatoes, and cilantro. Squeeze a lime wedge over the top and add any additional toppings of your choice.
