Fettuccine Alfredo
Ingredients:
- 16 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add in the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly.
- Once the cream is heated, add in the grated parmesan cheese and continue stirring until the cheese is melted and well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the pan with the sauce and toss until the pasta is coated evenly.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Fettuccine Alfredo!
