Fajitas
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of chicken, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 flour tortillas
- Toppings: shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, etc.
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken, peppers, onion, garlic, and spices to the skillet. Cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave or on a hot pan.
- Spoon the chicken and vegetable mixture onto the tortillas.
- Top with desired toppings and fold the tortillas.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious fajitas!
