Espresso
Ingredients:
- Ground Espresso Beans
- Water
Instructions:
- Fill the bottom chamber of your moka pot with cold water up to the safety valve.
- Place the filter basket on top and fill it with the ground espresso beans.
- Screw the top chamber onto the base and place the pot on the stove over medium-low heat.
- As the water starts to boil, the steam will push the water through the coffee grounds and produce a rich, dark espresso in the top chamber.
- Once the top chamber is full, remove the pot from the stove and pour the espresso into a pre-heated cup.
- Enjoy your homemade espresso!
