Entrecote
Ingredients:
- 2 8 oz. entrecote steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Season the steaks with the mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer for desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
