Energy Bars
Ingredients:
    - 1 cup almond flour
 
    - 1 cup rolled oats
 
    - 1/4 cup honey
 
    - 1/4 cup almond butter
 
    - 1/4 cup dried cranberries
 
    - 1/4 cup chopped almonds
 
    - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 
Instructions:
    - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
 
    - In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, rolled oats, honey, almond butter, dried cranberries, chopped almonds, and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
 
    - Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish, making sure it is spread out evenly and compacted tightly.
 
    - Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden brown.
 
    - Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Then, using the parchment paper, lift the bars out of the dish and place them on a cutting board.
 
    - Cut the bars into desired size and shape.
 
    - Store the bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for longer storage.
