Endive Salad

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry endive heads. Cut off the tough bottom stems and discard them
  2. Separate the leaves of the endive and place them in a large salad bowl
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries to the salad bowl
  4. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette dressing over the salad and give it a toss to mix all the ingredients together
  5. Serve and enjoy your delicious endive salad!
