Egg Noodles

  1. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and onion and cook until softened.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add heavy cream, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Add cooked egg noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  7. Serve the egg noodles in bowls and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
