Edamame
Ingredients:
- 1 pound edamame pods
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add the edamame pods and salt, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Drain the edamame pods and rinse with cold water to cool them down.
- Remove the beans from the pods and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame seeds.
- Pour the mixture over the edamame beans and toss to coat them evenly.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious edamame!
