Edamame

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add the edamame pods and salt, and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the edamame pods and rinse with cold water to cool them down.
  4. Remove the beans from the pods and place them in a bowl.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame seeds.
  6. Pour the mixture over the edamame beans and toss to coat them evenly.
  7. Serve and enjoy your delicious edamame!
