Dumpling Soup

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground pork, mushrooms, green onions, water chestnuts, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture onto the center of a dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with a little water and fold the edges together to seal.
  3. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil over high heat. Add dumplings to the pot and reduce heat to a simmer.
  4. Cover and let simmer for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until dumplings are cooked through.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious dumpling soup!
